Chicago's Condominium Market
from a Developer's Perspective

The Young Real Estate Professionals is pleased to welcome Mr. Marty Paris, President and Founder of Sedgewick Properties Development Corporation to speak at our next YREP speaker luncheon on Thursday, April 10, 2008.

Mr. Paris has been actively involved in real estate investment and development in Chicago since 1991. Mr. Paris successfully founded and formed Sedgwick Properties Development Corporation in 1996 and, in addition to rental properties, began developing for-sale condominiums projects. Sedgwick Properties has successfully developed multiple residential and retail properties to date and currently owns and manages many of the rental properties. In a relatively short time, Mr. Paris has grown Sedgwick Properties into a rapidly rising real estate company that has already established itself in the Chicago market as a leading neighborhood developer, architect and builder of upscale urban residences.

Mr. Paris has an Economics degree from Drake University with an emphasis in Finance and serves as Vice President on the board of the Home Builders Association City Chapter and is a member of the Real Estate Investment Association.

Sedgwick Properties Development Corporation is a full service real estate investment and development company specializing in urban / in-fill residential properties. Sedgwick has built a sterling portfolio by creating value in coveted downtown Chicago and Denver residential districts with distinctive urban residential communities.
